Green Haven Ranch is a conservation development located in Hutto, Texas near the Dell Diamond in Round Rock in Williamson county and is convenient to Austin Bergstrom International Airport, toll road State 130, toll road State 45, Highway 79 and I-35. The community is also in close proximity to Dell Computers, Home Depot, Lowe's, Wal-Mart and other national retail stores.

Green Haven Ranch community was designed using green conservation development guidelines. This conservation development features one acre lots, open space, a 3 acre organic farm/gardening learning center, lot orientation designed for energy efficiency, sustainable water systems, native and water efficient landscaping, solar powered community lighting, builders will be encouraged to adhere to Austin Energy Green Building 5 Star rating, and the open space will be designed to create an Audubon Society butterfly and bird sanctuary.

Currently at Green Haven Ranch the native Texas birds observed to date include a covey of Quail, a Red-tailed Hawk, Mourning Doves, Red-winged Blackbirds, Mockingbirds, Cardinals, a Red-headed Woodpecker, and Carolina wren. We anticipate that there will be many other species of native Texas birds, such as Purple Martins and Ruby-Throated hummingbirds, as more native trees and bird houses are installed in the yards and homes of the Green Haven Ranch residents.

Green Haven Ranch was designed to be an environmentally friendly, energy efficient, ecologically sustainable, pedestrian friendly, conservation-minded, organic residential community.
